AI Rush is operated by PT BALI VACATION VIBES, an Indonesian company. For personal data covered by this Policy, PT BALI VACATION VIBES is generally the party responsible for deciding why and how that data is processed, unless another party is independently responsible for a particular service.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy covers personal data processed through or in connection with:

• airushcorp.com and its public pages;
• the Workflow Audit and Contact forms;
• optional marketing subscriptions or updates submitted through the website;
• business communications that result from a website enquiry or relationship with AI Rush; and
• related records reasonably required to respond to requests, provide services, protect our systems and meet legal or business-recordkeeping obligations.

Third-party websites and services linked from AI Rush are governed by their own privacy practices when they act independently of AI Rush.

3. Personal Data We Collect

3.1 Workflow Audit and contact information

The Workflow Audit is designed to stay low-friction. A work email address is required. Depending on what you choose to provide, we may also collect your name, company, information about the process or problem you want to improve, and the content of your message or enquiry. Contact forms may collect the contact details and message content necessary to respond to your selected enquiry type.

3.2 Marketing preference information

If you separately choose to receive marketing updates, we may process your contact details and consent or opt-out status. Marketing consent is optional and is kept separate from the operational handling of a Workflow Audit or Contact request.

3.3 Website and technical information

When you use the website, our systems and service providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, page or referral information, timestamps, server logs, and security or anti-abuse signals. If approved analytics is enabled, we may also process website interaction events that help us understand how the site is used. Raw form values or sensitive data should not be sent to analytics systems.

3.4 Website assistant (chat)

The website includes an assistant that answers questions about AI Rush in a chat window. The messages you type, the page you are on and a temporary session identifier are processed by AI Rush and by a service provider that operates the language model, in order to generate replies. If you choose to share contact details in the chat, we use them to follow up on your enquiry as described in this Policy. Chat conversations are not used to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Please do not share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

3.5 Business and client records

If an enquiry develops into a business relationship, we may process project, proposal, onboarding, service, support, billing, transaction, instruction, approval and other business-administration information that is reasonably necessary to manage that relationship.

4. How We Collect Personal Data

We collect personal data:

• directly from you when you submit a Workflow Audit, send a Contact request, choose marketing updates, or communicate with us about a business relationship;
• automatically through website, server, security and similar technical functions needed to operate and protect the site; and
• from service providers that support our website, communications, security, approved analytics/consent functions or business operations, where those providers process information for or in connection with AI Rush.

7. Workflow Audit, Public Demos and Human Control

The Workflow Audit is an initial review of the process you describe. No production-system access is required for the first review, and submitting an Audit does not by itself trigger a production workflow.

Public AI Rush demos use sample or sanitized data to explain a workflow concept. Public demos are separated from live business actions and are not intended to execute irreversible production actions, make a sales commitment, or expose private implementation infrastructure.

AI Rush does not use the public Workflow Audit or public demo interaction by itself to make a decision about an individual that produces legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.

8. How We Share Personal Data

AI Rush may share personal data only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including with:

• hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the website and supporting systems;
• form, communications and business-record systems used to receive and manage enquiries;
• security, spam-prevention and technical-support providers;
• analytics or consent-management providers, but only if those tools are approved and enabled;
• professional advisers, auditors, insurers or other advisers where reasonably necessary; and
• regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or other parties where disclosure is required or permitted by law, necessary to protect rights or security, or necessary in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction.

Service providers that process personal data for AI Rush are expected to use it only for the authorized purpose and subject to appropriate contractual, organizational or legal safeguards.

AI Rush is based in Indonesia and may use technology or service providers that process or store personal data in other countries. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending information that is unnecessary for your request and use an appropriate secure channel when AI Rush specifically provides one.

After verification, we will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot fully comply with a request, we will explain the reason where required.
